Branded Grooming is located inside of One Superior Place, a mixed-use commercial and residential building.
Please follow the Salon Lofts signs through the entry, down the hall to the elevator. Take the elevator up to Floor 2, where you will enter Salon Lofts. Please follow the signage on the walls to locate Branded Grooming inside of Loft 30.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
To respect everyone's time, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your haircut or color appointment. Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice will not incur any fees.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.
Clients who arrive 8 minutes or more past their appointment time will be considered a no-show and charged the full amount.
